"A sensitive bean to how much grounds you use. Too much, bitter. Too few, little flavor. The sweet spot is not broad. I had to be more cautious about scooping grounds consistently than with any other coffee I've had, and I'm old so I've sample a lot of beans. Will likely try again. Flavor was quite nice when you were in the sweet spot."
